A Healthy Bison Meatball Recipe: the Perfect Pairing with Marinara Sauce

Bison Meat Balls with Spaghetti & Marinara

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground bison

  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1 egg

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan (grated)

  • 1 tsp oregano

  • 1 jar marinara sauce


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Mix bison, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, and oregano. Form into meatballs.

  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

  4. Heat marinara sauce in a pan and add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes.

  5. Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
