Ingredients:
1 lb ground bison
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup Parmesan (grated)
1 tsp oregano
1 jar marinara sauce
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix bison, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, and oregano. Form into meatballs.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
Heat marinara sauce in a pan and add meatballs. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve over pasta or with crusty bread.
