You’ll receive 40 pounds of boneless meat, expertly cut into meal sized portions, vacuum-sealed in 4 milliliter plastic freezer bags, and frozen for long-lasting freshness and flavor.

Freezer space needed: 2–3 cubic feet
Cut weights are approximate; total weight equals 40 lbs.
Roasts are approximately 2 pounds each.
Bison stores well in the freezer for up to 18 months and thaws in the refrigerator within 24–48 hours.
Pricing includes processing and delivery.
A deposit secures your share, with the remaining balance due before delivery.
Delivery is completed by a Bluestem Bison team member or a trusted courier.
