You’ll receive 80 pounds of boneless meat, expertly cut into meal sized portions, vacuum-sealed in 4 milliliter plastic freezer bags, and frozen for long-lasting freshness and flavor.

Cut weights are approximate; total weight equals 80 lbs.
Roasts are approximately 2 pounds each.
Bison stores well in the freezer for up to 18 months and thaws in the refrigerator within 24–48 hours.
