  • Cut weights are approximate; total weight equals 160 lbs.

  • Roasts are approximately 2 pounds each.

  • Bison stores well in the freezer for up to 18 months and thaws in the refrigerator within 24–48 hours.

  • Pricing includes processing and delivery.

  • A deposit secures your share, with the remaining balance due before delivery.

  • Delivery is completed by a Bluestem Bison team member or a trusted courier.
